Warm at Home grants
Funding from the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) 2023-24 is available to help convert low-income households to gas central heating, including insulation and energy efficiency measures.
Warm at Home Plus
Evolve’s Warm at Home Plus scheme offers *eligible households the chance to convert to a free fully funded gas heating system.
Additional fully funded energy efficiency measures are also available for the customer:
- Fully funded 4 LED bulbs
- Fully funded Cavity wall insulation
- Fully funded Loft insulation
- Fully funded Hot water tank jacket
- Fully funded Smart heating controls
- Fully funded ‘Chimella’ chimney draft excluder
- Fully funded Water Widgets
To qualify for this scheme householders must be able to demonstrate they are a low-income household within the Evolve licensed network area and readily connectable. They must demonstrate they are owner occupiers with either no heating, LPG, solid fuel, Economy 7* or oil heating. Existing oil boilers must be deemed over 15 years old or broken beyond economic repair.
*Customers converting from electric can only convert to other forms of electric heating. If you have a household that’s on electric please contact info@evolvenetwork.co.uk for guidance.

Warm at Home Cashback
Evolve’s Warm at Home Cashback scheme offers *eligible households
50% off the cost of a gas heating system. The customer will be asked
to contribute the remaining 50%. We will ensure that the customer will not
pay more than 50% of the costs.
This will be offered as a whole house solution, so in addition to the 50% grant towards the gas heating system, we will also offer fully funded

A Landlord can claim for a maximum of 10 properties in 2023-24.
